I bought a sim from london drugs and they activated the $10 plan. I see the pending charge for $10.20 on my credit card. I also bought a spare sim as well.
They didn't mark on the sim card which one it is, but when i put the first in my phone it says no service. When i put the second in my phone it says no sim. The phone is completely unlocked so thats not the issue. Can someone please assist?

1. I think the no service SIM card is not activated. Try the no SIM again with your phone. It may not seated properly.
2. Login into your self serve account.
Go to [Plan and Add-Ons] --> [Change SIM card]
It will show you the last 4 digits of your SIM card. Try to match the last 4 digits on your SIM cards.

Try restarting the phone maybe with the supposed activated sim in.
