I suggest you send them a private message. Be sure to include your Public Mobile phone number and/or SIM card number as well as a detailed description of your problem. Could you provide some more details please.
Is your plan expired already? When is your payment due date?
Are you trying to change plans?  
Are you having trouble using a credit card for top-up?
What error message are you getting, if any?
