I can receive texts, I have received texts and confirmation codes from others, why am I not getting these ones? I have contacted them and they say they have been sent.

@will13am  mine was a good guess.

It does take some time for a number transfer to fully migrate out to the various databases.  You just might have to wait a bit unfortunately.

don't give false hope.  @JoeCoin's   port was done 2 weeks ago, the 2FA "delay" will be at max a week. so, it is not something further wait can help.  It is either the device issue (which clearing app cache and reset networks could help) or PM system is not accepting the 2FA text (could be a non-Canadian shortcode)

can you check what shortcode Crypto.com sent from?  Non-Canadian short code might not work.  You might want to ask them to send through other ways, Authenticator app or email

and  To reset network settings on an Android device, go to Settings > System > Reset options (or Settings > General management > Reset on a Samsung phone)

@JoeCoin , click on the manage login tab.  There you will see an option to update the phone number for where to send login 2FA codes.

I can receive calls. I can receive 2fa form PM. I am not receiving 2FA from Crypto.com.

I am using android, I reset my cache, I don't know how to reset the network settings.

@JoeCoin

can you confirm if you are getting incoming calls without issue?

and you can receive 2FA from PM? which exact companies you cannot receive 2FA from?

if you are using Android, please clear app cache for the Messaging app

Then Reboot the phone and Reset Network Settings and test again

@JoeCoin , are you able to use the resend code option and have it sent to email?  If you have completed a number change or number transfer, the eversafe credentials are not automatically updated.  You need to go into your online account, profile tab to update the credentials.

you meant you cannot receive PM 2FA or 2FA from other places like banks?

can you receive phone calls?  if so, the port was completed.  It is Normal that you don't receive 2FA for 3 to 7 days from other system, they have that in place to avoid sim fraud.   After 3 to 7 days, you should receive all 2FA codes without issue
