did you check your My Account to confirm if the account is suspended or not?
if it is suspended, click Pay and Resume Services Now button and you can pay to resume services yourself

call 1855-4PUBLIC from another phone and enter your number to confirm if the account is suspended
if so, you can either make a payment there if you have the 4 digits account PIN, or login My Account and make a manual payment using this link
