I am supposed to receive $25 referral credit when I signed up (it was a promotion), but only got $10

Before I signed up I saw the promotion that the $10 referral credit would become $25. After a week of signing up I checked my account and only the normal $10 credit showed up.

Hi There,

I signed up for  PM during their Refer offer on July 2nd as a new subscriber. It said I will get $25. I paid the full price for the $36 plus tax plan. I waited until yesterday to activate my plan though as I had already paid for this month with my last cell phone plan provider.

I will still get the $25 right? Or was it activate before 2nd July too?

And how does PM points and referral points work? You have to manually redeem them towards your next billl on the app or your bill gets reduced automatically?

Once all the conditions have been met, it could take up to 45 days to see the extra $15.

Give it a few more weeks.

It can take up to 45 days to see the $25 on your account.

How it works:

1. Log in to My Account to find your unique referral code
2. Share your code with friends looking for reliable service and a great plan
3. Once they activate on a $29+ plan, you’ll both receive your rewards automatically
4. Special $15 bonus credit will be added within 45 days of activation to both the referrer and referee’s account
