If you are having trouble activating your Public SIM card, please refer to the activation instructions on the Public Mobile website. The instructions are very straightforward and user friendly. I was able to activate very quickly and it was the first time I had ever done it. I was even able to port my number over from Bell without any issues.

@Einnoc59 which stage you got the error? or is there any error code like Error 821 or error 837?
Three has been some issue with activation portal with payment page. If you got an error about PM unable to get payment from credit card, please check your credit card to confirm PM didn't take the money. If that is the case, you might want to wait couple hours and try again using Incognito mode
