I "Refered a Friend" for the "get $25 over 5 months" promo. I am getting the $5 per month (it has been 2 months, so I have gotten 2 of those) but I am not geting the 1 point for every 30 days your friend has been with us. I know their account is still active because I am getting the $5 each month.
I don't actually know the person personally so I do not have any of their info.

You likely will need to contact customer service agent for help. The potential problem is that usually, the new customer needs to contact CSA to fix friend referral credit issues. CSA also may ask for details about this new customer which you may not know. Any way to contact this new customer?
