I am a new customer and I got no internet yet
can make call and can get call
text works too but not internet, i did apn setting too not of any use
does anyone knows how long should I wait till I get service? I got no response from moderators

I had to do this to my phone as the Data wasn't working. I found this in another post. Once I added Public Mobile APN it worked.
If you’re having trouble with data on your Android smartphone, you may need to configure your network settings for Public Mobile. The steps below may not be exactly the same on your particular phone but they should help you to get going.
Step1:
Android 2.3 and lower
Settings > Wireless & Networks > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names > New APN setting (or a plus sign)
Android 4.0 and higher
Settings > More... > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names > New APN setting (or a plus sign) *Some models might have a slightly different path
Step 2:
You will need to input the following info:
Name: Public Mobile
APN: sp.mb.com
Proxy: Leave blank
Port: Leave blank
Username: Leave blank
Password: Leave blank
Server: Leave blank
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMSC proxy: 74.49.0.18
MMS port: 80
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
Authentication type: Leave blank
APN type: Leave blank
Step 3:
Select Save/Done. Select Public Mobile to connect to the Public Mobile network. Your data should work normally now.

@samieefar Known issue with LG phones and data when switching to Public.
First try resetting you network settings:

my phone already was working with another carrier and i have ported to public mobile few hours ago .
maybe extra APN setting on LG XPOWER K210 is needed that that i am not aware of

I have ported my number from another carrier few hours ago and it was working fine.
yes i have data in my plan
I have done APN setting as per i found in community
maybe this phone needs extra setting done to match with SIM

my phone is LG XPOWER -K210
yes, my plan has data
to isolate source of problem , i put my sim card in another phone SONY PHONE.
and Public Mobile Simcard DATA works on sony phone.
my phone work with other sim card regarding DATA but can not get DATA on publice mobile SIM.
i have ported my number from freedom today and My phone was working with Freedom DATA ,so I suppose there should another setting required on my LG to match with Public Mobile Data that I am not aware of..

Do you have data included in your plan ?
Try the lost/stolen feature. Log in to self-serve. Plan & Add-Ons from top menu. Lost/Stolen Phone from next menu. Suspend Service button. Log out. Wait a few minutes. Log back in and back to Lost/Stolen Phone and Resume Service this time. Log out. Restart phone. You could potentially lose any rewards that have. 2. Manually add $1 into your account and restart the phone.

To troubleshoot.
1. Ensure you have a data plan.
2. Ensure that your phone cellular data is ON.
3. If not working, test your Public Mobile SIM on another phone.
4. If you have another working data sim, test that other SIM on your current phone to ensure that your phone works with data.

Make sure that the Cellular Data is enabled on your phone.
Once the Public Mobile website is up and running again, log into My Account and look to see what's included in your current plan. Let us know if data is included but still not working for you.

@samieefar what kind of phone? And has your internet ever worked? I'm assuming you have data on your plan

@samieefarAre you sure your plan has data? Try your sim in another phone and see if internet works there. That will isolate service vs your phone.
