Hi
I am a new customer and i activated my number . I choose 24$ plan, and i put debit card details as well so money ($26.64) has been deducted from my account and still my number not activated and asking me to pay that money again so why i have to twice for that? Can you please help me out.

are you porting your old number to your new PM account ?

How did you activate your SIM? Did you do it through the app? If so , uninstall and reinstall and see if that will work if not , contact public mobile at the link below to see if they can assist you.
