I activated talk, text and Data and nothing seems to working

I activated a new number with talk, text, data for 30 days, and i'll i am seeing in my profile is $10 for 30 days.  i've setup my APN

visually on the BlackBerry everything is appearing, phone, carrier etc, but none of the services are working

@mservice8 Usually you can immediately overcome this bug by investing another $10. The steps are:

1. login to your account and check Available Funds. If the amount is $10 less than your plan cost, make a one time payment if $10, logout and reboot. 

2. whether that works or not send a private message as Samianauman suggested with your status.

It's a common bug send a private msg to mod they will look after you
Send a private message with your ph#, sim# and your email mod and they will get back to you when they can.
