I Lost my Password

I forgot my password and pin no. I Used 3-4 years ago. I used Auto pay. now credit card is expired. Thats why my phone  suspended . I Want to talk with[ubic mobile service. But They dont have direct contact. what shall I do?

I submitted a ticket but can't reply to moderator as also won't except  security answer

You now know to come to the community forum to ask for assistance. If we cannot help you out, you can always open a ticket to contact the moderators.
