I forgot my password and pin no. I Used 3-4 years ago. I used Auto pay. now credit card is expired. Thats why my phone suspended . I Want to talk with[ubic mobile service. But They dont have direct contact. what shall I do?

If you still can't get in contact moderators by clicking the question mark and opening a ticket with the chat bot or private message them.
When you get access to your account. Click payment then bottom left manage my card.

click on the question mark chat bubble to the bottom right of your screen
type "no service"
(use the chat bubble options, then click "submit a ticket, click me" option)
*login using your community account
make sure to check your inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically, for a response
