Today my wife signed me up for Public Mobile, she finally got the SIM card in and the cell phone recognizes Public Mobile as the new provider we had the old number ported over. But, now he can't receive calls and we can't receive the 6 digit code on his phone to verify that it is his phone. doesn't it take a few days for everything to transfer over or what is going on?
I have worn out my patients but, my wife thank goodness is still hanging in there, I just want her to get some help on this so we can get my phone working.

A critical part to porting is to receive a text from your old provider and you have to reply YES within 90 mins. If you are not receiving calls and text on your PM sim card, and only outgoing calls, wok then you might have missed the step and hence porting was not completed
There is a number to call to talk to live support, they can re-trigger the process for you. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed
