I Can Send Texts and Calls, But Can't Receive Them

Hello,

 

I signed up for the promotion and popped my sim in and everything seems to be okay, except I can't receive any texts or calls. I'm paying for PM and Wind right now for to get full service, (I don't think my number ported successfully, because my WIND sim is still active), but I obviously don't want to be paying for two services. I also messaged two mods and haven't heard back in more than a week, but I understand they're overwhelmed. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

wait. The carrier switch might be still in progress. You can restart you phone every 30 minute to try.

A mod was able to fix it, everything is working perfectly now. Thanks everyone for your help!

Yup Wind sim still works. My phone has dual sim, so I set one sim for texts and calls and the other for everything else.

Keep using the Wind SIM and follow this procedure:

@fahad93 Your port is definitely stuck, have you checked your SIM since?  or is your wind sim still working?
