This plan includes: -
- 100 Minutes Canada-Wide Talk + Unlimited Incoming Minutes
- 250 MB at 3G speed- Unlimited International Text $15 per 30 Days
30 days have passed... and now I cant make a phone call? What is this???

@newmarcon if you're on auto-pay, it may have failed. login to your self serve account to make a manual payment and reactivate your services. you can also call 611 and make a payment that way if you have a registered credit card

@newmarcon if your account is active and in good standing. Look down at My Data & Add-ons.
If you don't see a line like below
Then that means you used all your minutes for these 30 days.
You can either wait till your next payment due date to get another 100 minutes or buy an add-on.
$5 for 500 Canada wide minutes that will roll over every 30 days until all used up.
Two steps.
1 add $5 to your account
2 click purchase add-ons and buy the add-on.

Check self service to see if you are out of minutes? Are all your other services working? What is the status in self service? When was your renewal date? Are you on autopay?
With the $15 plan you are limited to 100 outgoing minutes. Seconds are rounded up to the closest minute. (eg. A 10 second call is rounded up to 1 minute). As well, checking your voicemail with your phone will use up outgoing minutes too.
