How to use points to pay my bills?

I just wondering from old rewards transfer to new points, I have 9.75 points, how can I make a payment first use 9.75points ?thanks

yes Phil, I just follow your advise and successfuly reeded points for $20 Bill credit. My advise to Public Mobile is that they should post clear instruction on their payment methord area directpeople go to the Catalogue and redeem for Bill Credits. I had spended many time an many hours serching for way to redeem, but no lucks. Otherwise people feel helpless and will leave Public Mobile.

Thanks @Phil_Adelphus , I just did as you described and it was super easy. Before I found your suggestion I looked all over my PM account for instructions on how to apply points to my bill without luck. I must have rephrased my question to the bot a dozen times 😋

@Shirly19  You have to collect 15 points for a bill credit.  You can also buy add ons starting at 5 points for less than the $ value.  Sign in to your account, go to My Rewards and view the catalogue.  When you have 15 points select $15 bill credit in the catalogue and then select Redeem.  Its not as complicated as ir sounds, I recently did 15 points x 2 and took $30 off my next payment.
