if using the PM app, click Subscription / Manage Subscription / Subscription Renewal to Unsubscribe.
Best is to also message CSA to delete all credit card info altogether.
Use this link to message Customer Support...give them as much acct info as you can..ie; ph #, acct #, name on acct, PM pin #...etc...
