How to transfer Public Mobile account from old android phone to a new one?

If physical sim, just move the sim card over.  But if esim, download PM app on new phone, login and go to Account -> Purchase sim card and choose eSIM to buy new one

Take SIM card out of old phone and put it in new phone.
