I am not sure if there is an email associated with my phone or maybe i never register for account. I am not sure how to do it online since all the options for submitting a ticket requires verification which you cant do without your account or 4-degit pin.

When you activated your SIM, you create an account.
So login with your email addresses and click on forgot password.
If you still having problems login, contact a CS_Agent by creating a ticket through SIMon Chatbot or private message them on this Community.
