If you've forgotten your Self Serve password, remember that it must contain a minimum of 6 characters, including at least one digit. No spaces are allowed.

If you forgot the answers to your security questions, you will need to contact a Community Moderator.
To contact a moderator, there are 2 methods:
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

@tmctong , Have you used the Forgot your password option? i guess it is bringing you to security questions you don't know eh?
