You can also purchase vouchers and dial 611 or call 1-855-4PUBLIC then enter the voucher number to restore service.

Vouchers can be purchased from:

https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/payment-voucher 


If your account was suspended longer than 90 days then your account is closed, SIM stops working and the number returned to the carrier you got the number from.

Lock in My Account using browser with incognito mode, click the button Pay and Resume Services Now to make payment 

If the button is not there, use this link to load enough funds for renewal

When loading funds for renewal, remember to add E911 fess if you are in the following provinces: AB, NB, NF, NS, NWT, NU, PEI, QC, SK
