How to purchase more mobile data

You can purchase via your self service account:

https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/get-help/articles/data-add-ons

https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/get-help/articles/purchasing-add-ons

Canadian data add ons last 30 days.  

If you need to purchase data add ons frequently, it may be better to upgrade to higher data plan.  You can also contact customer service agent to renew your plan earlier (but no pro-rating plans or refunds).

you can either login My Account and go to Subscription & Add-on page to buy one time data add-on, remember data add-on has 30 days expiry

or you can login My Account, go to Change Subscription page and pick a plan with more data.  You can click Change Now to make an immediate plan change if you need the data now (no partial refund with current plan and you might not be able to change back to current plan after).
