get to Shell gas and buy Public Mobile payment vouchers to cover plan cost...then dial 611 to add them to your account for renewal.

You can go to pretty much any gas station or Shoppers Drug Mart and pick up what's called a Voucher. Then you dial 611 on your phone and upload it to your account. Super easy to do. It can take up to 24 hours for the voucher to register itself with PM though. Just be fair warned.

Another option is to go pick up a prepaid credit card. You can then log into your account and dump the whole thing on your account.
