I have been a public mobile plan user, and I got some points in my account.
How do I pay my next public mobile phone bill using the points?

Login to your account and if you have a minimum of 20 points then you can redeem it for a $20 credit.
On your account on the PM app or website. Go to Rewards tab-Browse Catalgue-look for the 20 points $20 bill credit and redeem points.
You can redeem your rewards points for an account credit $20 at a time. You need to do this manually.
