I feel so silly asking this, but I see my messages and can read the preview, but how on earth can I open it and read the whole thing?! I'm losing it over here.
When you are in your inbox, the sender's name is at the top of the message. Directly below it is the link to open the full message by clicking on the subject line. When you hover over it, it will be underlined.
