How to make sure plans changes

I went an changed my plan and it did show an now lookin it has no changed of plan . It was the the 5g of 50gb of data for $ 34. It was to change on jan 12

Existing customers wouldn't be able to change to the $34 50GB plan.  Is this something that customer service agreed to have done for you?

@Mckrob  check you payment page it will show the plan details and the billing date . Also you can check fhe subscription add on page you current plan and any upcoming plan
