My CC on file expired. I did not receive any notification from Public Mobile. Today is the renewal date. The payment obviously failed, and my account was suspended. Literally, the suspension was immediate. I have entered the new valid number; however, I see no way to have the payment come out.
Currently, I have no cell service. I cannot log into the mobile app, only the desktop app, as the mobile app freezes on the eversafe screen (it's blank).
So, I'm stuck....

the desk-top version of Public Mobile can be glitchy as it seems to be right now. If you can't log in and update your payment card to resume service...get to Shell gas, walmart or London Drugs and buy enough payment vouchers for renewal. Dial 611 with your cell, to add them to your account ...then Resume service.

PM doesn’t send notice on expired CC. Once you receive your new CC. You are responsible to update all your accounts.
You can also make payments (dial 611) with vouchers and they can be purchased from 7-11, Canadian Tire gas stations, London Drugs, Canadian Superstore, Shell, Shoppers Drugmart, Safeway or Staples if you are having issues login to your account and waiting for a CS_Agent to help you login to your account.
Since your account is suspended. You need to make a manual payment by login to your account to restore service. Also check to see if Subscribe Button (AutoPay) is enable for future payments.

@CarlSeedhouse PM is a prepaid provider and hence service will be suspended immediately if no payment is received
you can make a payment using My Account using this link:

Load enough funds and remember to add E911 fess if you are in the following provinces:
AB, NB, NF, NWT, NS, NU, PEI, QC, SK
