How to get the receipt for the payments made?

Transaction History page is not showing the exact amount deducted. It does not have the tax and processing fees information.

 

I need the information for reimbursement purpose.

You tested it.....you doubted my words....tut tut. 😀😀😀

But do remember.....you can make ANY amount and print and never submit.....so it is only as true as your honesty is.  I do it just to use as a receipt for my own records to pay my credit card. 

Just tested this, that's amazing. Now I've got that covered and will work for my purposes so I can skip an agent having to get me anything

I use the hybrid auto pay. Here is what I do on my iMac. I put in a top amount using the “other” choice. Say I put in $15...then before I click submit.....I click anywhere else on the screen to refresh it.....then, amazingly, the taxes and full amount shows.....then I print the screen.....then submit. If you are doing for work.....then key in your plan amount only...for other stuff do what ever....just don’t submit it.

@BHUEPSH   for official receipt, you have to open ticket with PM Support

to open ticket with PM, please use one of the 2 ways

 

1. If you have access to My account: Click on the bubble on the lower right or https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at: 

      https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437


**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply you there

The transaction history will only show pre-tax amounts. To get a sales receipt, you'll need to ask a customer support agent (CSA) by opening a ticket. That's done through:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
