@Maryamj if you got an eSIM once already, technically you can get a new one for free if the last one you bought was like 15 days ago
but if your phone was defective and you need a new one in just 4 days, you will pay the $5 first, then ask PM and hope they can give you a reimbursement, which is possible
Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:

PM will reply to your community inbox, between 9AM-10PM EST (Mon-Sun), check here:

had an eSIM on it and buy another one . now, I have a question; in this case that I reseted that phone with an eSIM in it, what should I do for the next phone? should I buy again??Because when I go to public mobile app in my new phone it is saying buy eSIM . To be honest I paid for eSIM 4 days a go.. If there is a solution to not paying again please Guide me through it.

Once you paid it once, you can get replacement eSIM for free as long as you satisfy the conditions
Hello @Maryamj
If I read your post correctly, you already purchased an eSIM, the phone had issues, so now you have a new phone. If this is correct, then yes, the next eSIM is free. You just need to download the app, purchase an eSIM for $5 and then at the check out, it will be free.
