6UT1 errors each time I try to call out, and cant text ot attach pictures to my texts. Have Unlimited text. All bills paid and suggestions followed. Help, HELP!!!!!! Have no other phone. Please FIX 6UT1 ERRORS. Never had this problem before. Boy Im really learning lessons here!!

HI @CherryCoffee6 there are many users with voice trouble on the last couple days
Try to reboot your phone during the day and hope it got fixed at some point today
and submit ticket for CS agent and they might escalate and fix it quicker

To Contact CSA-agent there are 2 methods:

Ticket has to be opened through chatbot - https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
Having a ticket is preferred way to contact agent as they might respond faster then receiving personal mail.
If opening a ticket does not work very first time, contact agent directly.
- Send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking (Ctrl+) Here
Agent’s response is usually between 15 and 120 minutes with a ticket. Private messaging might take longer.
Watch for envelope in top right corner of Community page. It will show Number of unread emails.

There have been issue since Wednesday for some people with both incoming and outgoing calls.
Try to change to 3G only and see if it connects to the network at all with such settings
If that does not help, I suggest you to open a ticket with PM support and let them aware you are one of those, too. Some customers got the ticket to support and got it resolved quickly
