It's been a good ride but it is time for me to leave PM.
My 3-months billing cycle renews on August 9th. I have removed the autopay.
I will be getting a new SIM from Zoomer on the 7th (most likely).
I gave Zoomer my PM account number
How do I ensure that the porting is not blocked on the PM side?
Thank you!

Sorry to see you go @Alexo. Hope that the other company serves you better, but if not, your alway welcome to come back.

@Alexo PM doesn't block ports. All they require is an active account to port out. And to port from PM you need
1. Number to port
2. Name on accounts.
3. One of imei number, account number or pin.
Sorry to see you go. Stay safe.

How do I ensure a seamless porting before I get billed for another 3 months?
Thank you!

I wanted to make sure that nothing is blocked on the PM side.

@Alexo ask zoomer it is in there hands now just make sure your public account is still active for porting your number also remove credit card if on autopay
