can’t buy another eSIM as app says to install the one I just bought but can’t install????

I never got a welcome email, I have checked junk and deleted. I just added eSIM to my iPhone 15 and no email either. It installed from app

submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen

@Judebabe So it didn’t instal nothing to delete then . But you can check your welcome email and try to scan the QR code to install the eSIM

@Judebabe If eSIM didn’t instal should be no need to delete it but you can check your sim manager in phone setting try to ensure PM sim is enabled or set to primary and “turn this line on “ is toggled on
There you can delete it too . But I think you just have setting toggle on that line and rebbot phone for it to work
