How to deactivate my connection

you need to disable Autopay

Login My Account, go to Payment page, then click Manage Subscription and disable "Subscribed" there

or if using the PM app, go Subscription page (should be the default page when you login), then click Manage Subscription, and  click "Subscription Renewal (Active) ", and then click "Unsubscribe"

But in case you cannot login at all, you will need to as PM support agent to help.  You won't be able to submit Chatbot ticket if you cannot login, but you can still submit  ticket by direct message:
