I just bought public mobile sim today (6 hrs ago) and ported my number through WOW Mobile. My Rogers sim has now been deactivated but PM still no signal. I want to register into PM to check my account to see if the payment and everything went through but I don't have text capability now. Any suggestions on how to fix this? thx

What phone are you using? Is it compatible with public mobile?
Is there any way you can pop your sim into a different phone?

It looks like the agent may have messed up the activation. At this point, I suggest contacting the moderator team and have them sort things out.
