When I tried to visit the forums page while connected though a hotspot (public mobile data) the page said I was banned. I then connected through my own phone's public data and can login fine. Is this normal? Why is this happening? Thx

Hi, I'm on the 30days $30 500MB with unlimited Canadian call plan.I can't find the information on how much it is to call a USA number. If I receive calls from the USA does it cost money? What about receiving international calls like from India/China?...

Let's say I have $20 credit in my account and I'm on the $35 plan/month. What happens to the $20 if I miss the $15 payment for the full amount. Would the $20 credit stay in the account until I pay the rest or would it go down to $0? Thanks
