My account was registered on the shopkeeper's email address. I need help changing it back to my actual email address. Could anyone here please help me with it?
tried raising a ticket with public mobile, but haven't received a response from them yet.

If you look in your Sent folder in your private messages, do you see the ticket? If so then how long ago? And if less than a few hours ago then you need to be patient and keep waiting.
