Hi,
I subscribed public mobile $40 for 40G on Thursday 23/11 but they have a new $34 for 40G plan now. I haven't received SIM card yet and haven't activated it. So that I want to change it to the cheaper plan. Can someone tell me how to do?

I created a new account for the subscription, and I tried login to My Account but it showed up the payment information only. I still don't have access to the portal. Maybe I haven't activated my account yet? Not sure.

hi @Marku login to My Account? Change Subscription page for cancel thr scheduled plan change first. Then pick new one and reschedule the new ond
