Thanks
This thread is more than 2 months old??
As to your question:
1) Find a new provider that fits your needs
2) Go into your Public Mobile self serve account
2a) cancel Auto Pay
2b) remove your credit card information
2c) make a note of your account number
3) fill out new provider's porting form (you have to get that from them, porting is a "pull" transaction - the new provider needs to request the port, the old provider will release the number if all the provided information verifies the account.)
Once your the port to the new provider is complete, your Public Mobile account is closed and you will not be able to log into your account any longer.

Make sure to remove credit card info from account. When your plan expires, don't renew.
Remember that after 90 days in suspension, the account will die and the sim is totally finished. If you wanted service again, you'd need a new sim and open a new account with a new number.
Good luck wherever you land up.

This is a Prepaid Service. You pay you have service and when you don't pay you have no service and eventually your number is Automatically Cancelled. In Public Mobile Case it will be 90 days after your paid service has run out
