Moderators do sometimes look through message threads, but most of the time, you're exchanging messages with other customers.

@OluasIf you are talking about a SIM card that you ordered, you would need to contact moderator team. If you signed up for Public Mobile at a store, and now want a refund, you might be out of luck, since PM is a prepaid service. Again, you would need to check with the moderators.
You can contact moderators by starting a chat session by clicking on the chat bubble in the lower right corner of the screen.
