How to add minutes to $10 plan?

Hi there,

I have a $10/m 50 min 50 text plan.  I have run out of minutes with 7 days before next cycle.  I cannot find where to add more minutes.  Can anyone point me to where I add minutes?

Worth pointing out that the add-on minutes carry over until they're used up. With the $10 plan + your add on, it's a good idea to track the average minutes you use and add the minutes add-on as needed so you don't run out.

Login to your self serve account.

Select [Plan and Add-Ons]--> [My Add-ons]

There are 2 add-ons for minutes: 200 minutes and 400 minutes

Buying add-on is a 2 steps process.  First step is to add fund to your account.  After confirming your available fund on your account, go through the same step from above to actually purchase the add-on.

@broadbentr, simply purchase a long distance add-on.  This is the process for purchasing add-ons in general.
