Hello.
The new self serve doesn't allow me to add funds using a card anymore? only by voucher? seriously?
how am i supposed to pay my bill now?

Yes, mobile site is slightly more confusing. For me I don't see that particular picture
@MarieRamsey , you can go to the same place by clicking on the down arrow to expand the list of pages, click Payments, then click Add funds to My account. It should then provide you with both options

Add Funds to My Accounts IS confusing as picture shows only Redeem Voucher.
Just click on it and you will be presented with all options.

Hi @MarieRamsey did you get an error when trying to add fund using a card? or you didn't see the option at all?
Go to Payment page, click Add funds to My Account, then it should bring you to a page with 2 options:
Add Funds with Credit or Visa Debit as well as Add Funds with Voucher
if you only see one of them and not both, you to use Incognito mode or another browser to check
