If you cannot login to your self-serve account, try the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page to reset your password.
If you tried too many failed login attempts, PM server will lock you out for security. Create support ticket using the chat button at the right lower corner to get moderator help to unblocked your account.

What do you mean blocked?
Is it a temporary block did to too many attemps?
You can just wait it out and in couple of hours reset your password, don't try to login
If it doesn't work contact mods

If your line was inactive for more than 90 days then your account was purged
What kind if error do you get when trying to login?
