How much service have I used?

I've been using this for a month now, and the subscription usage curve has not moved yet. It gets updated every time I log in, and still no change. How am I supposed to know how much I have left?

The "usage breakdown" also shows no change.

A full two days after doing this, it finally corrected itself!

Thanks, but swiping down doesn't update it. I have an iPhone, I signed out of the app, turned off the phone, turned it back on, signed back in, and it's still the same.

If you place your finger at the top of the page on your phone and swipe down, that should update your information. If that doesn't work, if you're on Android, go into the PM app and clear the cache and reboot your phone. Then sign back in and it should update.

Yes, if is a browser cache issue

Login My Account using browser with Incognito mode. If using app, drag the screen down to force an update.  Or logout the app on the Account page, then relogin
