@omorphi you cannot change it yesterday and it looks like you can change it today yourself with the new Community update. On the profile, there is a nickname field you can update

@hTideGnow - as soon as you change the email on a community account, the previous email is available to be used on another community account. It is pretty much right away.

@hTideGnow - It is just an option. OP can change the email to another email (if they wanna or able) on the existing community account.

HI @esjliv but the problem is, if OP uses the same email on the current Community account, he cannot use the same email on the new Community account.

@omorphi - or just created a new one and use the new profile. Remember to keep the email the same as the community account as the My account for possible rewards and connections.

only CS agent can help to change the Community name. So, please submit a ticket for agent to assist with that
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

@omorphi , only a CSA can change your community name! Sorry. You would need to submit a support ticket & ask them nicely to do it for you. 🙂

Watch for a response back from a CSA in your Community private mailbox at the top right of this page which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
Edit: Don’t type “Change community username” or it will say “Unfortunately, Community usernames cannot be changed. 😥” I tried it & that didn’t work! So please type “Customer Support Agent”, Select Contact Us, Select “Other”, Select “Click here to submit a ticket “.
