I added 1GB data add on to my account as I ran over the 12GB. I assumed it would only take about 15 minutes to propogate through the system. So...
1) How long do I wait for it to work
2) If it does not whom do I email.

I have sufficient fund to transfer 200MB data on my plan but am unable to add the same.
I have tried a number of times but to no avail. Please guide me through this process.

It was deducted and added as you suggest. It is working and took about an hour. Good information for the next time. I hope I don't go over.

@Gabster It should work instantly after the purchase. Log into your self-serve account and see if that add-on is actually added under "My add-ons" on the overview page. Or see if that $30 is sitting as Available Balance.
