I added 1GB data add on to my account as I ran over the 12GB. I assumed it would only take about 15 minutes to propogate through the system. So...1) How long do I wait for it to work2) If it does not whom do I email.Thanks.
Please help me understand then why my friend that has the same plan as me 12G/90 Days pre-pay got the offer and I did not. We were on the 90 Day plan with the referells etc...
It was deducted and added as you suggest. It is working and took about an hour. Good information for the next time. I hope I don't go over.Thank you for your response.
