If you're talking about the More the Merrier campaign, and you already received the text from PM but didn't accept it, try replying "YES2" to 4911.
Then, log into your self-serve (after clearing cache and cookies and opening an incognito tab to log in) and under the Data and Add On's section, see if they are there.
