I have autopay and it didnt go through.I put my card number in and added 42.00 to my balance.It says inactive plan.I have 42.00 on my balance but I have no service .It billed my account already.I need service now.What is the best thing to do.

@Dnbwolfe, I'm not sure if there is somewhere in the portal that you can apply your balance to your plan. If there is, perhaps someone will point it out. in the meantime, you should be able to get one of the moderators to take care of it for you. Send them a private message including your account number & PIN (to speed things up). Note that they only work until 7pm (EST), so this might only get picked up tomorrow morning (at 9am).
