I have no way to log into my account and no one can help me get into it. How do I remove my credit card so i dont get billed for something i cant use? Do i have to get my bank to cancel my credit card?

There isn't any way to set up a payment from a the bank's side of things, so there's no actual pre-authorized payment for them to stop.

I also had troubles -except I couldn't renew service - I tried on my cell phone several times - but finally using a laptop worked for me. It could be your device glitching out.

I can log in with my email and password. The problem is it just takes me to a screen saying my account activation couldnt be completed. Theres no way to access anything else. I cant see account details or billing info. Just the same screen over and over.

If you not cancel the services, should be able to reset the PW, unless you already canceled it, if yes, i thank you done't need to, Public mobile will not charge you on canceled account.

Did you click on Forgot Password? I am assuming your Email is correct.
If you are still having issues login to your account. Click on Chatbot and type in Submit a Ticket to an agent.

@KyleHoney Contact support to help you gain access or get your account number to port out to close the account or have them remove credit card info right away
submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen

If that doesn’t work you can always send private message to support .
