How do I transfer the left over credit and other stuff I have in one account to the other account?

I am about to switch over to Koodo, how do I set up to transfer some credit plus other stuff I have in my account to another account? Pls advise.

Yes, with the campaigns of Telus actively attempting to change Public Mobile customers over to Kooo Mobile,  the credit transfer was sometimes an advertised perk.

Make the request before signing up to Koodo.  Once you're a customer, you may have far less leverage.  This also could depend on how much the salesperson wants you to sign up and how much time they're willing to put in to make this happen.  There are no guarantees because there is no customer facing policy that allows such a credit transfer.  Also, this pretty goes only for transfering to a Kooodo postpaid account. I would say that almost all bets are off if trying to go to Koodo prepaid.

@htranle   No, you can't.  PM is not helping to transfer credit between accounts

However, since you are going to Koodo, which owned by Telus like PM, call Koodo and tell them how much you have here, they might be able to give you a one time credit of some sort.  Good Luck.

Also, since PM is a prepaid provider, to minimize lost, you might want to port your account out later in your current cycle, maybe on the 25th days or so. But please do not wait till the very last day, just in case there is any hiccup with porting

@htranle hi sorry you can't transfer any rewards or credits from one account to another ,I wish you could.
