How do I speak to a real person

I’ve been looking on here for over 30 minutes and I can’t seem to find a way to speak to a real person. I’ve been trying to figure out how to cancel my plan without getting a verification code, because I can’t access my phone because I lost it and there’s no other way to login without getting a code. I have been paying for this plan for a couple months now and it’s been really frustrating

Get to the back of the line, public mobile decided to make things complicated, they don't even tell you through their CS bot who to even dm or where to go.

If you know your 4 digit account pin then you can call 1-855-4pu-blic and turn off autopay so that it won't renew. Then after 90 days it will disappear.

There is no telephone support here - all is online through messaging.

You can tap "resend code" , and eventually you'll get an option to receive the code to the registered e-mail address.

To "cancel" an account, simply remove the auto-pay option and the plan will suspend on the end of the cycle, and terminate after 90 days without renewing.

To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:

 

  1. Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Click here to create a support ticket, then type Customer Support Agent, then Contact Us,  or
  2. Send a private message to Customer Support Agent by clicking here.  You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

 

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
